Sour Tamarind
Sour tamarind is an essential seasoning in Thai cooking, Asian and Arabic cooking. We select the best quality raw materials directly from the farms of our contract farmers across Thailand ; for example, from Ratchaburi, Kanchanaburi, Nakhon Ratchasrima, Chaiyapoom and Petchaboon. We crop the tamarind at the beginning of the harvest season and store them in cold storage warehouse.

Tamarind Sauce
We selectively choose the best quality tamarind from Ratchaburi, Kanchanaburi and Nakhon Ratchasrima. The beautiful brownish and sweet tamarind will be pasteurized and bottled at manufacturers with certificates of quality standards such as FDA, GMP, Halal and HACCP. The product can be kept for 24 months at room temperature.
Packing
- Bottling in 350 ML, 500 ML, 1,000 ML 5,000ML or any sizes PET bottle
Production Process
First, separating between tamarind and its fiber. Then, pasteurization is used before bottling. Finally, packing the bottles into the carton box and waiting for delivery.
